Congrats to Abhinav Bindra for making every Indian proud. He did something that 2 billion people could not do. Kudos.
Abhinav secured the first individual gold medal for India at the Olympics. But as he rightly put in an interview, “India can be proud only when we secure 30-40 medals at the Games.” He went to Germany for training because there was not enough infrastructure in India. Sad. I would really love to see India play at the Football World Cup. Atleast once?

PS: I won’t be surprised if the Congress says, “India won the first Olympic gold medal under Congress rule” for their election campaign. 
Now that’s another story.
